Messina, nota stampa dell’Ateneo in merito alla presunta violazione degli obblighi legati all’IMU per gli anni 2020, 2021 e 2022

A margine di recenti notizie stampa relative a una presunta violazione degli obblighi legati all’IMU per gli anni 2020, 2021 e 2022, l’Università degli Studi di Messina precisa quanto segue.

L’Ateneo ritiene di avere adempiuto, per tutti gli anni oggetto di contestazione, al versamento e agli obblighi dovuti. Per tale ragione l’Università ha presentato i propri ricorsi per il tramite dell’Avvocatura distrettuale dello Stato di Messina, considerando  illegittime le contestazioni, in base alle argomentazioni illustrate nei ricorsi stessi.

L’Ateneo ribadisce la massima disponibilità a qualsiasi confronto, credendo fermamente nel principio di leale e reciproca collaborazione tra tutte le istituzioni del territorio che lavorano per il bene comune.
